BackToFrontShow Pricing: What Each Plan Costs and Who It Fits

By Jane Doe

BackToFrontShow’s official pricing page lists three plans: Basic costs $1,200 per month, Pro costs $3,600 per month, while Enterprise pricing is based on each user’s needs and is available upon contacting the company. BackToFrontShow Pricing is a podcast analytics platform, so the fee is paid for audience data and reporting, not podcast hosting or editing tools.

At those prices, choosing a plan depends less on the feature list than on what you plan to do with the data. This NexifyBlog guide explains what each tier includes according to the company’s own pages, where the tiers differ in practice, which kind of buyer each one seems to suit, and what the pricing page leaves unanswered. Prices and features reflect the official pricing page as reviewed on October 17, 2026.

BackToFrontShow Pricing at a Glance

PlanListed price12-month cost (calculated)Possible suitability
Basic$1,200 per month$14,400A show or small team that needs basic audience data
Pro$3,600 per month$43,200Networks and teams that make decisions based on audience behavior
EnterpriseContact for priceNot published.Large networks and brands with specific needs

The 12-month column is simply a multiplication result. The pricing page lists only monthly rates, with no mention of annual plans or discounts, so treat these numbers as the sum of monthly billing over the year, not an offer. The “Potential Availability” column is a self-explanatory article, which is explained further below.

What BackToFrontShow Does

BackToFrontShow bills itself as a podcast analytics and insights tool. Its homepage provides a brief walkthrough: Connect your podcast, let the platform collect audience data, and then view the results in an analytics dashboard. Feature pages cover audience demographics, device and platform usage, geographic data, and episode performance.

There is no mention of hosting, publishing, or audio editing in the pages viewed for this article. This suggests that it is an add-on tool to be used with an existing hosting service, not a replacement for it, although the company did not explicitly state this.

What Each Plan Includes

Basic: $1,200 per month

There are four things listed for Basic on the pricing page:

  • Audience demographics and playback locations, titled “Comprehensive Analytics” on the page, including age and location information
  • Engagement monitoring, which tracks likes, shares, and comments
  • 24/7 customer support
  • Data security features

Simply put, Basic answers a single question: Who’s listening to you, and from where? It doesn’t include metrics on how long people listen or which episodes are most popular. These features are included in Pro.

Pro: $3,600 per month

Pro costs exactly three times as much as Basic. It comes with everything Basic has, plus these extras:

  • Tracking listening behavior, including episode popularity and average listening duration
  • Multi-platform device analytics, covering device and platform preferences
  • AI-based sentiment analysis, which categorizes feedback into positive, negative, or neutral
  • Integrating feedback from different platforms
  • Real-time data updates
  • API integration, which allows data to be linked to external systems

For an additional $2,400 per month, you get behavioral and integration capabilities: how people listen, how they react, and how the data can be fed into other tools.

Enterprise: custom pricing

Enterprise has no public price. It includes all the features of Pro plus these extras:

  • Geo-analytics, which shows a map of audience locations and regional popularity trends
  • Custom reports
  • Access to premium templates
  • Priority on feature requests
  • Dedicated account manager
  • White labeling options
  • Advanced user training, monthly analytics webinars, and customized onboarding sessions

One thing is easy to miss. Both Basic and Pro mention playback locations, but map-based geo-analytics are only listed under Enterprise. If regional maps are important to you, Pro may not include this feature.

Terms explained

API (Application Programming Interface) enables one software system to send data to another system. In sentiment analysis, the software categorizes written feedback as positive, negative, or neutral. White labeling means customizing the appearance of a platform to appear under your own brand.

Who Each Plan Fits

BackToFrontShow pricing doesn’t say what kind of users each plan is for, so this section is an interpretation based on the features listed, not a claim by the company.

Basic is best suited for podcasts that have an established audience base and need to prove who listens to them. Imagine a weekly talk show whose sponsor asks about the age range and locations of its listeners: Basic fills that need. It’s probably hard to justify $1,200 a month for a small-listener amateur show, as many podcast hosting services and listening apps provide some audience data at no extra charge. See what you’re getting in advance before you pay.

Pro is best suited for teams that make decisions on an episode-by-episode basis. Average listening duration and episode popularity tell us what listeners are paying attention to, device data tells us what devices people are listening on, and sentiment ratings provide a concise summary of feedback. The API support means Pro is also for teams that want these metrics in their reporting tools. Podcast networks and media teams are the most natural choices.

Enterprise is best suited for larger networks and brands. White labeling, custom reports, and dedicated account managers are most valuable for organizations that present audience data to clients or senior management and want it to look like their own product.

An easy way to test yourself:

  1. If you just need to know who listens to you and where, start with Basic.
  2. If you need listening duration, device data, sentiment, or real-time updates, consider Pro.
  3. If you need maps, custom reports, a dashboard tailored to your brand, or a dedicated contact, request an Enterprise quote.

What the Pricing Page Doesn’t Say

Many of the details that buyers typically want to know are not present on the pages viewed:

  • Billing terms. Only monthly prices are listed. There is no mention of annual billing, discounts, contract duration, or cancellation policies.
  • Trial terms. There is a “Start free trial” button in the website header, but it leads to a form called “Request access,” which states that access is subject to approval. No trial period or terms are specified.
  • Pricing history. There is no “last updated” date visible on the page. Its metadata lists a modification date of April 2024, while the footer has a copyright notice of 2026. Verify current rates before creating a budget.
  • Reporting. Custom reports are mentioned on the homepage without being tied to a plan, while the pricing page only lists them in Enterprise. Ask if Basic or Pro includes any reporting beyond the dashboard.
  • Integrations. The About Us page mentions connections to over 30 marketing tools, but the pages viewed do not name the tools or the podcast hosting services the platform works with.

The company’s claims should also be read with caution. The About Us page lists figures like 95 percent user satisfaction and a 20 percent increase in audience engagement, but no source or methodology is mentioned. The same page lists the number of data points analyzed as over 2.5 million in one place and over 2.5 billion in another. No founders’ names were found on the pages viewed, nor was there a registered company name, nor an address; a Gmail address and business hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. are listed in the footer.

None of this proves that the service is unreliable. However, it is certain that buyers should get the terms in writing before signing up for a subscription that costs $14,400 or more per year.

Questions to Ask Before You Pay

Consider asking the company these questions before requesting access:

  • Is billing monthly, annual, or contract-based, and can I cancel at any time?
  • What is included in the free trial or approved access, and how long is it for?
  • What podcast hosting services and listening apps does the platform connect to, and how is audience data collected?
  • The About Us page claims 95% accuracy in demographic predictions. How is this measured?
  • Where and how is audience data stored, and how is it protected?
  • For Enterprise: What is included in the quotation, and how does it change with the number of shows?

Watch for Similar Names

A search for this product brings up other websites with the same name. For example, backtofrontshow.net lists finance and advisory packages for startups at $2,500, $5,000, and $8,500 per month. This is a completely different service from the podcast analytics product on backtofrontshow.com, and there is no connection between the two. Many third-party articles repeat analytics pricing, but the real source to look at is the company’s own page.

A Simple Cost Check

First calculate:

  • The 12-month cost of Basic is $14,400, and Pro is $43,200, a difference of $28,800.
  • Think of a decision that this data will change, such as setting sponsorship rates, choosing episode topics, or reporting results to clients.
  • Estimate the value of this decision. If you can’t name one, then the paid analytics plan may not be worth its cost yet.

If pro-specific features, such as average listening duration or API access, can change decisions that basic data cannot, then pro becomes easier to justify.

The Practical Takeaway

According to BackToFrontShow, Basic costs $1,200 per month and Pro costs $3,600 per month, while Enterprise is priced based on a quote. Basic tells you who and where you’re listening, Pro also adds how people are listening, and Enterprise adds maps, custom reports, branding options, and a dedicated contact person.

Before you pay, ask for a written quote that clearly spells out the billing terms, confirms what’s included in the free trial or access request, and compares the plan to the audience data you already have. Then use the three-point checklist above to decide which plan is worth asking about.
